I’ve seen how much better the camera is than on my iphone 8, but since I just paid that off, I’m going to enjoy a reduced phone bill for a while before I get anything newer.

One of these d ays I’ll find time to go take glamor shots of my car with my real camera and boy howdy is it going to be mediocre.

Since im on an android, portrait mode is done with software rather than the second camera. I do have two cameras on my LG but the second one is for ultra wide (which I love). But anyways, portrait mode is finicky for me, only working on people so far. Its not an official app but the pixel app ported to my phone so that could explain the bugginess. But I enjoy using it from time to time anyways. Would be neat to figure out a way to get it to determine a car as the “focus” in the image.

Even on iPhone, I had to get an app to do portrait on something other than a person (DSLR Camera). If I was more talented, I could adjust the ISO, depth, etc, but I just stuck it in auto and went for it
